  1. My phone is Optimus One. and im using a mobitel connection but my mms doesn't work! so i went to mobitel to get it fixed but.. Mobitel says android doesn't support mms!!! hahaha how funny! and they say dialog doesnt have too.. such a shame!

Then I went to Dialog.. they say the mms works for dialog. I really wish mobitel learns some business ethics!

Anyways i still haven't switched to dialog but going to check if dialog really does have settings for android!

MOBITEL.. GET A LIFE!! WE ARE NOT STUPID!

  6. I've got my nexus s configured and its a bit different from yours. thought putting it down so someone would find useful. Guess should be the same for most other android 2.3 phones.

    Internet:
    Name: something you fancy
    APN:mobitel3g
    Proxy: 192.168.050.163
    Port: 8080
rest of the fields i kept default values.

    MMS:
    APN: wapmms
    MMSC: http://192.168.050.165
    MMS proxy: 192.168.050.163
    MMS port: 8080
    Authentication type: PAP
rest of the fields i kept default values.

this configuration works but it seems ideally both these settings should be configured in one APN. In the Access point names screen theres a radio button like selection to be selected as default (i assume). I kept internet settings selected as default. Everything works fine but I see that phone has delays downloading MMS some times probably it switches between two APN upon failure to download MMS using Internet APN.
